About the Course

This course is designed to elevate your physical capabilities through a series of engaging exercises and expert guidance. This program focuses on basic mobility exercises for the whole body. The movements are shown and explained in detail. The videos last 10 to 20 minutes each and contain 6-8 basic exercises with different variations. You can take the time you need for each exercise and plan around 1-5 minutes per exercise. You can decide for yourself which variations you want to do. Instructions will be in the pdf. There are two follow along sessions. One is an improvisation in quadrupedal and the other shows you release techniques. • wrist and elbow • shoulder and shoulder blades • spine • hips • knees, ankles, toes • + improvisation session on all fours • + one releasing session You can divide the exercise material out over 4-6 or more weeks and find a regular exercise rhythm to work on your Mobility.
