Hips meet Strength is a compact training program designed to improve your hip strength, mobility and stability – all in just a few sessions. Suitable for people with movement experience and anyone wanting to move better, release tightness, and build functional strength. What’s included: ✓ 5 Follow-Along Sessions Guided workouts combining strength, mobility and awareness – each 25-38 minutes. Just press play and move with intention - when and wherever you want to. ✓ Release Session Gentle techniques to reduce tension and fascia tightness – great for recovery or to prepare your body for deeper work. ✓ Warm-Up & Cool-Down Activate before and unwind after – routines to enhance performance and protect your body.
