Hips meet Strength is a compact training program designed to improve your hip strength, mobility and stability – all in just a few sessions. Suitable for people with movement experience and anyone wanting to move better, release tightness, and build functional strength. What’s included: ✓ 5 Follow-Along Sessions Guided workouts combining strength, mobility and awareness – each 25-38 minutes. My name is Sarah - I am a personal trainer, massage therapist and studied life coaching. I have further training in Pilates, Mobility, Dance, Soft Acrobatics and general Movement.
