Meet Your Instructor
My name is Sarah - I am a personal trainer, massage therapist and studied life coaching. I have further training in Pilates, Mobility, Dance, Soft Acrobatics and general Movement. Since 2015, I have been guiding people on their path to greater mobility, body awareness and a more resilient body - in online coaching, 1:1 training or in workshops, with body and mind.
