About the Course

Whether you're an athlete, desk worker, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, this bundle combines mobility drills, activation work, and functional strength exercises that focus on: • Increasing range of motion in the hips • Improving joint stability and control • Strengthening glutes, hip flexors, and surrounding muscles • Enhancing posture, balance, and overall movement efficiency Both parts build on each other. The mobility part is suitable for beginners and the strength part for people with movement experience. My name is Sarah - I am a personal trainer, massage therapist and studied life coaching. I have further training in Pilates, Mobility, Dance, Soft Acrobatics and general Movement. Since 2015, I have been guiding people on their path to greater mobility, body awareness and a more resilient body - in online coaching, 1:1 training or in workshops, with body and mind.
